- Looks to me like the Republicans win this one. No tax on the over $1 mm and they get the 60 days on Keystone. I believe that the Obama administration may have other options on the Keystone Pipeline than just approving it within 60 days.

- I was fantasizing if the crew decided they would just let the passengers who wanted off through emergency exits with some of the crew accompanying them to a gate. The pilot of course has to stay with the ship. If it was a 727, there are back stairs, one advantage from the old days of DB Cooper.

- Seems like it is just time to legalize it and be done with all the internal fuss. The IRS is following the law to the letter, it would seem, in self-defense. Like no-slavery, any-sex marriage, and the like, legalization will happen eventually anyway.
